How can we prevent cancer recurrence? Currently, there are few studies addressing this unfortunate problem.
Generally, the risk of disease recurrence is highest in the first two years after diagnosis, and therefore requires shorter intervals between follow-up visits. In fact, in the first two years, it is advisable to have quarterly check-ups; subsequently, from the third to the fifth year inclusive, the visits should be biannual, and then annually after five years from diagnosis and completion of treatment.
The risk of disease recurrence varies depending on the type of neoplasm, and the frequency of check-ups depends on the patient's individual conditions and overall clinical assessment.
The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF), whose mission is to promote cancer prevention through research and dissemination of its findings, has released a review of all scientific studies examining the relationship between diet and cancer. Over 100 researchers from twenty of the world's most prestigious research centers contributed to this review.
The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF), in the volume available at www.dietandcancerreport.org , lists 10 factors for cancer prevention. Given the limited studies available on preventing recurrence, these dietary recommendations for cancer prevention also apply to those who have already contracted the disease.
THE TEN WCRF RECOMMENDATIONS:
1) Stay slim for life.

Of all the nutritional factors that have been shown to be associated with an increased risk of cancer, the most solidly demonstrated is overweight: overweight or obese people are more likely to develop cancers of the breast, intestine, endometrium, kidney, esophagus, pancreas, and gallbladder.
To find out if your weight is healthy, you need to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI = weight in kg divided by height in meters squared), which should remain between 21 and 23.
For example, a person who weighs 70 kg and is 1.74 m tall has a BMI = 70 / (1.74 x 1.74) = 23.1, which is just above the recommended range.
2) Stay physically active every day.

A sedentary lifestyle, in addition to being a major cause of obesity, can also contribute to the onset of cancer independently of obesity: scientific studies have shown that sedentary people are more likely to develop bowel, breast, and endometrial cancers, and there is likely a link with pancreatic and lung cancers as well.
Tip: But how much physical activity is recommended? Basically, a brisk walk for at least half an hour a day is sufficient; subsequently, as you feel fitter, it would be helpful to increase the exercise to an hour or take up a more demanding sport or job.
How to move almost without thinking
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Choose to walk or cycle instead of taking the car
- Go for a walk during your lunch break
- If you work in a large office, move around to talk to colleagues instead of sending them an email.
- Go dancing with your partner
- Plan vacations that include walking and exercise rather than stationary holidays.
- Use an exercise bike while watching television
3) Limit the consumption of calorie-dense foods and avoid sugary drinks.

To prevent obesity, it's essential to eliminate calorie-dense foods from your daily diet, i.e., those high in fat and sugar, such as those found in fast food restaurants. Industrially refined foods, especially pre-cooked and pre-packaged ones (snacks, snacks, and confectionery), are also generally high in calories.
Tip: It's important to note the difference between "limit" and "avoid." While we can occasionally consume a very fatty or sugary food, sugary drinks should be avoided , also because they provide abundant calories without increasing the feeling of satiety.
4) Base your diet mainly on plant-based foods, with unrefined grains and legumes at every meal and a wide variety of non-starchy vegetables and fruit .
Adding together vegetables and fruit, at least five portions a day are recommended.
Tip: It would also be advisable to consume seasonal vegetables and fruits, and note that potatoes should not be counted among vegetables. Vegetables, and especially fruit, would be significantly protective against tobacco-related cancers, such as cancers of the upper respiratory tract, lung, esophagus, and stomach, while the effect on breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers would be less pronounced.
According to the WCRF, fiber-rich plant foods also likely protect against bowel cancer. Recently, the EPIC (European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition) project, the largest prospective study ever undertaken, following over 500,000 people recruited from 10 European countries with very diverse dietary habits, confirmed a clear preventive effect of consuming foods rich in plant fiber, including cereals, vegetables, and fruit.
A diet based on the consumption of predominantly plant-based and unrefined foods also helps maintain a healthy body weight.
5) Limit your consumption of red meat and avoid processed meats.

Red meats include beef, including veal, lamb, and pork. Those who consume them are advised not to exceed 500 grams per week. It's important to note the difference between "limit" (for red meats) and "avoid" (for processed meats, including all forms of canned meat, cured meats, hams, and sausages) , for which there's no limit below which there's likely no risk.
The consumption of red meat, especially processed meat, is associated with bowel cancer, but probably also with stomach cancer, and is suspected for cancers of the esophagus, pancreas, lung, and prostate.
6) Limit your consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Bottles and glasses of alcohol drinks
Alcohol consumption is associated with cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, intestine, liver, and breast. For those who drink, the recommended amount is one glass of wine a day for women and two for men.
The amount of alcohol contained in a glass of wine is approximately equal to that contained in a can of beer and a small glass of spirits or liqueurs. This recommendation takes into account the protective effect of moderate doses of alcohol against cardiovascular disease.
7) Limit your consumption of salt and foods preserved in salt .
High salt consumption and salt-preserved foods are associated with stomach cancer. The recommendation is not to exceed 5 grams per day. Avoid mold-contaminated foods (especially grains and legumes). It is important to ensure that the grains and legumes you purchase are well-preserved and avoid storing them in hot, humid environments. Consuming mold-contaminated foods is a significant risk factor for stomach cancer.
8) Ensure you get enough of all essential nutrients through food.

Hence the importance of a varied diet. Taking dietary supplements (vitamins or minerals) for cancer prevention is currently, based on scientific studies, not recommended.
9) Breastfeed babies for at least six months.
This recommendation, in addition to the clear benefits of breast milk on the child, stems from the convincing protection linked to breastfeeding against breast cancer, which represents the most common hormone-dependent cancer in women.
10) Do not use tobacco.

The first enemy to fight in this area is undoubtedly smoking . Lung cancer would be a virtually non-existent disease if no one smoked. Quitting smoking—or at least reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke each day until you've made a firm enough decision to quit—is the first big step toward longevity.
Last but not least, our advice is to take 100% organic Aloe Arborescens capsules.

Prevention with Aloe Arborescens Capsules is an investment worth making to improve your standard of living.
Adding Aloe Arborescens to your diet and lifestyle is another powerful way to strengthen your immune system and dramatically reduce your risk of disease. Thanks to the presence of over 300 active ingredients, Aloe Arborescens has detoxifying, immunostimulating, and antitumor properties.
=> It is a powerful detoxifier*:
Maintaining a healthy and detoxified body is, however, vitally important to prevent the accumulation of toxins from causing the onset of diseases, dysfunctions, and health problems.
The body carries out its internal cleansing operations of toxins but only up to a certain point.
After that the risks are weakening, continued tiredness and intoxication.
Detoxification of the body must be done continuously, not at specific times or once a year. Our bodies constantly need to be freed from toxins. Father Romano Zago stated: "This remedy acts like a broom to thoroughly cleanse the blood."
=> It has immunostimulating properties*:
The immune system is one of our body's most important "tools." It defends us from threats of all kinds: it fights viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites, and even tumor cells.
Research in immunology has changed the way we look at diseases, providing insight into the immune system, and making us understand that even diseases thought to be completely unrelated to the immune system have a strong inflammatory component: tumors, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, obesity, and diabetes.
Among the active components of Aloe Arborescens we have Acemannan, Germanium, Zinc, Bradykinase, Protease, Lysine, Alanine, Vitamin B Complex, which strengthen and stimulate the immune system.
=> It has antitumor properties*:
Below are the active ingredients of Aloe Arborescens with antitumor effect extracted from the Monograph on Aloe Arborescens, author Dr. Giuseppe Nacci :
– anthraquinones , glycosides formed by a sugar part (glycone) and a non-sugar part (aglycone);
– polysaccharides , including acemannan, a sugar that stimulates the production of macrophages, or white blood cells, which destroy tumor cells. It also has significant immunological properties, thus activating cell growth;
– lectins (a family of proteins specific for certain sugars), promote the growth of normal cells and inhibit that of tumor cells;
– Aloe-emodin, inhibits the proliferation of MCC ( Merkel cell carcinoma ) tumor cells . A study by Professor Palu of the University of Padua demonstrated a marked anticancer effect of aloemodin on a specific childhood tumor (The Great Book of Aloe – ETHNO-PHARMACOLOGY DIVISION);
– barbaloin , amplifies and enhances the antitumor effects of polysaccharides with lectins and Aloe-emodin;
– Vitamin B12 , a powerful anticancer agent for smokers with lung cancer. Furthermore, cobalamin (vitamin B12) inhibits cells with precancerous characteristics.
“ The simultaneous action of these components creates an indissoluble synergy , the strong point of the antitumor effect of Aloe Arborescens!!! ”
